Damn Larry! Those are some awesome bulls. I leave for Australia on July 16th for a hunt with Graham Williams. I sure hope I get a chance at a bull of this caliber.

Congrats on terrific trophies.

Perhaps I should have added that one was taken with a handgun. They believe it will be the new #1.

"Those are some real studs".
I doubt that any of the buff pictured have the necessary "gear" to be of any use as "studs".

Great Banteng and nice animals non-the-less.

WoW!!
Gonna take a whole lot of wall space for those heads.
Congrats Larry. Impressive width to them all.

Those animals are immense! I live in some of the best buffalo country, and believe me bulls like that are few and far between.

Gentlemen:

I am not in those pictures. Karl sent me the pics. I was is impressed by the buff that I asked him if I could post them. I just spoke to Karl last night. He was on his way home from the latest hunt. He took more great buff.

I believe he e mailed me the details of the handgun. I will look for it and post it.

Sorry for the confusion.

Two of those buffs have narrow heads. I wonder if they have always had very low testosterone levels? Steers grow the longest horns so that would explain the great length if they are subfertile. That banteng is fabulous!!!! I heard that they may have taken a new Aussie record banteng; could this be it?

Been talking to Karl about a hunt next year. Some nice trophies there.

The hunting imperative was part of every man's soul; some denied or suppressed it, others diverted it into less blatantly violent avenues of expression, wielding clubs on the golf course or racquets on the court, substituting a little white ball for the prey of flesh and blood.

Larry, thanks for posting the photos.

It always amazes me that, the first people to try and downplay these great trophies are fellow Buffalo guides. It would seem to me, that they would appear to be "Better Men" if they just kept quiet instead of making baseless accusations.

PS. The first and third photo are of the Buffalo
