If you have game ie fallow or sika on your own land / farm, can you hunt as you please (seasons obviously respected) or do you still need licenses and paperwork ?

In Victoria we do what we want with no interference.

In Queensland there is zero hunting on state land sadly.
Therefore all legal hunting must occur on private landholdings.
When I was a landowner there I had Rusa, Red and Fallow roaming around an was legally allowed to harvest whenever.
However I became extremely protective of “my deer” and limited any harvest to cull stags and perhaps the odd trophy every year.
