T'was cooked to perfection mate. Going to try a chook next. We did a pork roast that came out bloody lovely a little while ago.

Actually, it looked like the food of the gods, mate.

The pork might have been even better - love roast pork.

That and a few frosties, and a couple crisp bread rolls with butter .... perfection. MKR and Masterchef can't come close.
