Back home from the opening weekend of our gamebird hunting season. Good start to the day on the way to our pond on private land. Couple of good eater red deer taken in the spotlight with a suppressed Ruger 223. Grandson driving the side by side with me in the middle with dog and spotlight and son taking the shots. Two taken out of three deer. Cold frosty morning so gutted and loaded the deer on the way back from our morning shoot. Not so good for our duck tally due to major rainfall and flooding during the week before the opening weekend, nevertheless a productive start to the day and a few greenheads to sweeten the pot.
My springer enjoyed herself.

Strange looking ducks over there.... Big Grin

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"
