I took my 375H&H down the Motu on a goat cull. First two billies to fall to the 225gr Hornady soft points. This nanny was a Texas heart shot 20 yards,bullet(225gr) stopped under the skin on the shoulder and weighed 152 grains. "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few." Hi Glad too see you get the same results as me with those 225 gn Hornadys. I headshot a fallow deer at 30yds and the bullet stpped under the skin on the neck. A great 'little' bullet in a great calibre and very accurate as well. Good hunting Mark Hunting is getting as close as you can, shooting is getting as far away as possible.

Good work on getting that Sako. I have one very similar. Is it a short tang (A-III), or long tang (A-V) style? I have a **spare lightweight profile barrel with Magna-Porting in 375 that I could bring over for you when I visit. Do the Hornady 235's shoot well for you? Perfect vermin bullet. Good on ya, James! That must have been fun! My only blood so far for my 375 is from ground squirrels. Frank, what happened to your mascot?? It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack; not rationality.
