I need a recipe.I've tried a few ,but none that I've liked. Anyone out there have one that they care to share?

The best one I've tasted was the crab in black bean sauce, from the womans weekly chinese cookbook. The bloke that cooked it then added some chopped chillie and some chillie sauce. It was so good my Dad ate it.....and he doesn't eat seafood! Can't help you with whats in it however. I made some chillie crab and just wacked some things together, a bit of trial and error. Ginger/garlic/bit of palm sugar/chillie sauce.
