It's hard to see the application for wild-shot pigs since they shouldn't be gutted beforehand. After all that heat, things could get a bit ripe.

It is only 145 degrees Fahrenheit for 3:00 minutes so it should not have to great of an effect.

I wonder more about all of the mud on some of them and the fececes worked out of they by the paddles.

Maybe why so many skin them and discard the skin.

True, TC, but I was thinking also of the inevitable delay, in hunting, between killing the critter and getting it to the machine.

I think I would want to hit the real muddy ones with a pressure washer first.
