Went to my first meeting on the weekend. Good bunch of blokes. Took my young fella with me and although I thought he'd be bored he had a good time. He loved the knife sharpening demo given by one of the fella's who works at a abattoir (young bloke spent all yesterday sharpening the kitchen knives). Next meeting there will be a butchering demo which he has already made me promise we will go.

Good to hear you enjoyed it, Bakes. I've been a member in Vic for 30 years. We like to think our efforts at looking after the herd and the hunting have been better than some of the other organisations'.
