I have some data from the Hornady Reloading manual Vol 11 - if you want I can scan it and send it to you via normal e-mail. You can cross referance the powders via the ADI website to give ADI equivilants if you wish - or the ADI site may have a load for your projectile anyway . ________________________ Old enough to know better

yes, By the way, it would help if you would edit your user profile to include what country you are in. That can be helpful for others here to know when they are trying to help answer these types of questions. Your location can make a difference as to what powders, etc. may be available to you. -Bob F.

some of the load data is pretty flat in the ADI hand book ...i would try some WXR/R22/OR NORMA MRP...and start at 56 gns with any of these powders and work your way up these powders are better from the point of being double based and you will get better performance than with the ADI powders ...and thats not saying ADI powders are bad, but in your situation i would choose any of the double base powders daniel

my dear friends thank you for the answers i got. i am living far from Australia and it is amazing you can find woodliegh bullets here ,but not australian powders (ADI). i visited their site and it seems they are making same kind of powder as accurate arms, but i don't know if their data could be used for AA powder too?. here in sahara there is a gunshop selling AA powders. regards Yazid Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.

Use any bullet reloading info for a 220 gr bullet in a .30-06. Most of the reloading manuals (Hornady, Sierra etc) all list loads. ADI powders are also exported as Hodgdon powders. 220 AR2208 24" 42.0 2279 - 45.0 2382 - 220 AR2209 24" 50.0 2318 - 53.0 2435 - 220 AR2213SC 24" 54.0 2342 - 57.5C 2458 - 220 AR2217 24" 58.0 2293 - 61.0C 2412 - From the Australian Defence Industries (ADI) website: http://www.adi-limited.com/handloaders-guide/rifle.asp Powder equivalents: AR2209 H414/ H4350 IMR4350 W760 Tu 7000 N204 AA4350 N150 / N550 from this page: http://www.adi-limited.com/handloaders-guide/equivalents.asp AR2209 is shown as being the equivalent of IMR4350 and AA4350. Consult the actual web pages for yourself and use at your own risk. What in the Sahara are you going to use a 220 grainer on?

Since the Accurate Arms website [www.accuratepowder.com] seems to have disappeared in the past month, Steve's Pages give some charge ranges for AA powders and 220 grain bullets. They are not identical to those for ADI powders, as the equivalence in the ADI table is not exact, only 'ballpark'. Cheers, Doug
