I have read that Pecars are an excellent scope . Any comments on how they compare with a Leupold VariX 111 ? Also do they have decent eye relief ? Had another European scope (Meopta) on my 7mm Magnum but found the eye relief too short . Want something with a long tube (Pecar 4 - 10 x 45 looks to have that) and decent eye relief . Bushchook, pecar scopes in the 1980's was the number one scope in this country for pro roo shooters. most gave them a pretty tough time and still loved them. The problem is they stopped importing them in to Australia for a number of years, but i think they are again available in new models , yet I am not sure if the quality is like it used to be. You need to talk to someone who has a currant model. | |||

DBB , Saw a recent model advertised in Australian Shooter for $875 . Around $1500 new . Unfortunately it's gone . Might go with a Zeiss Conquest or another Leupold VX 111 .
