I was out at Nanango the other day at a dragon fruit nursery and was having a chat to the lady owner. Her 5 acres is across the road from a large pine plantation. We were talking about wild dogs and such and then she mentions that she gets red deer wandering through her place. She then proceeds to point out all the cast antlers hanging in a tree that her boys collect. Eeker

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Why don't you just go to her place and sit on her back porch and let them try to wander by?

Can't do that Ron. 5 acre blocks with lots of neighbours nearby is a good way to bring the police running. Wink

I'm hoping to see some at the back of my place one day. The wife saw a hind 2km up the road last year.

Actually I may get a cheap recurve and set up a little range down the back. Might be a bit of fun. May even get good enough to bag that fox that live nearby.

Bakes, If you are not into proper bows (compounds ) get a compound crossbow. give the pissy recurve a miss , they take too long to learn to shoot with, but a GOOD crossbow with razor sharp broadheads is a silent rifle I know this stuff, and I live close to a reserve, not that I am into poaching.Cheers.
