This video footage is from my Buffalo hunt.I went for a spine shot but missed and shot went low hitting the lungs. First shot was Woodleigh 300gr PP,all follow up shots were Solids. Question for members here who here shot a few Buffalo, once you have hit a Buffalo in the chest,do you just leave him to bleed out or back up with solids??? if so how many?? just keep shooting till he is down?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkxK_MTbMtk A few members have asked about culling ferals in Australia so here is a short video clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffloH-XOeSw "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few." TP, Nice shooting on the donkeys. Were they shot in the body or head? I'm headed to Northern Territory in July for buffalo and ferals. This my second trip there and PH says that donkey's are pound for pound the hardest animals to bring down with body shots. As far as the buffalo I've shot I always kept shooting with anything I had until they go down. The PH in Australia only wanted me to use softs even on follow ups. WLA | |||
