I may want to try a new taxidermist next time I need one. I like just to use one taxidermist for everything unless I want to change. They would need to be quarantine registered so as to take deliveries from Africa. The most important thing for me is their work has to LOOK RIGHT. Eg no thin necks, short necks, funny spines, facial features etc. It has to look 100% not 98%. Prefer Melbourne to Sydney but either might be OK. Melb is easier to drive over to if necessary from Adelaide. Any suggestions and personal recommendations? What have you put through your recommendation yourself?

On the subject of quarantine requirements for animal imports INTO Australia, is anyone aware if a registered quarantine taxidermist is no longer required? I was told they no longer need to be registered with quarantine ????
