I really enjoyed spending a week with my Aussie friends at the NBRSA Benchrest Nationals in Raton, New Mexico. Phil Jones and Steve Brown shot very well and did a number on my Jameson whiskey.

It's mercy, compassion and forgiveness I lack; not rationality.

I knew that they couldn't return with the primers, powder, and cleaning solvents that they had purchased for the week long event. I bought another bottle of Jamesons so that I could take the left over supplies. They were kind enough to share the Jamesons and then as they were leaving gave me their prized chambered Maddcos and I let them take 2 new Shilen Select Match barrel blanks for them. I just got an e-mail from them and they said that they forgot to tell me that they had about 4000 rounds each. I guess the practice is to come to the USA with a worn out barrel and go back with new ones.
