Saeed has kindly sent to us again a set of four DVDs of his "Hunting in Mahenge, North Tanzania 2005" safari.

I will take a personal copy of these for myself and then forward the originals to the next guy on a distribution list. The next person should do the same, watch them and/or copy them, and so on. If everyone can get them off again with say a 3 or 4 day period then they should be able to get around within a few months. If each person PMs the one in front and behind with their real name, telephone number and postal addresses.

I will put them into an Australia Post Video mailing box for added protection. I would like people to send them registered post to each person so we can track where they are. If you don't send it registered post ie don't have a receipt for its delivery to the next guy, then you will be responsible to have replacements made.

I will check the costs of registered post on Monday.

For our Kiwi members I will see if I can run off a extra set of copies on a DVD recorder so they can be sent to NZ sooner (I know Kiwi's don't like to always come last behind Aussies ) and not have to cross the Tasman and International Post & Customs more than once. If there is already a set in NZ please let me know.

I know a few people missed out on the 2004 Safari Video set. I now have a 4 DVD set of this, and can run off a copy of these as well if people are interested, and see if they fit in the same box. Please keep the two sets together. If anyone has a 4 DVD set of the 2003 safari I would appreciate a copy sent to me, thanks.

Please add a post to this thread, and I will put you on the distribution list. If Bakes can make this thread a "sticky" it would be appreciated.

Good idea on the 2004 as well as somehow I never managed to see a copy.

I don't think the postage cost is any different with domestic addresses.

The DVD sets will be going out soon. Running off several copies today and tommorrow.

As there are FOUR DVDs of each they do take some time to watch and also copy.

DVD's posted to 416SW late last week so he should have them early this week.
there are 8 of them to get through - 4 from 2004 and another 4 from 2005.
They take awhile to get through even fast forwarding some of the repetitive stuff.
