Any tips or suggestions on shipping trophies back to the US? In this case, only horns and skull of water buffalo (if I'm lucky) And for those who have, similar to shipping from Africa in procedure and cost? Thanks!

Your OZ outfitter should have someone they deal with routinely that will do the dip/pack/documentation and arrange shipping. Procedure is nearly identical for your part. When your trophies are ready for shipping you'll be notified and asked for payment. Make sure your outfitter has your contact info as well as your broker and taxidermist's to give to the shipper.

Skulls were cleaned in camp and I didn't bring back any capes so all was fairly simple. I can't remember the total cost but was pretty reasonable and a much easier and smoother process than Africa. Shipping agent was quick to reply to emails and payment was a breeze. I also cleared the trophies myself in LAX so that saved me some money.
