I think New Zealand would make a lovely place for a honeymoon.

But when will you be there - ie the season?

March to September are good months, usually for deer. Chamois and Tahr can be hunted in summer though will be higher up and will not have winter coats. I have always wanted to hunt chamois over Christmas/New Years, when its summer down here.
