Notice to all Queensland ADA members

2015 State Social and Trophy Display
Dear Mike,

This is a followup reminder of your branch’s notification to you, of the reintroduction of our State ADA Trophy Display and Social.

This will be held at the Toogoolawah Show Pavilion starting at lunch time on Saturday, 13th September.

Set up will commence at 9.30 am for people bringing heads, and exhibitors (we hope to have 6-8 exhibitors similar to our events in previous years). We ask members and their friends to bring at least one mount (or any type of trophy) and help make this event the best it can be. A full bar-b-que and outdoor kitchen will be provided for you to cook your lunch, tea and breakfast on Sunday morning if you can stay for the night.

It is BYO drinks, alcohol and food. We look forward to seeing you there for the comraderie, deer hunting stories/pictures, bbqs, raffles, deer roaring competition, awards for best of each species of deer taken this year and much more.

This is your chance to catch up with deer hunters from all branches, as well as hunters from the local area. We encourage as many of you as can, to bring your swag, one trophy/photo album/skin or antlers and a mate and/or your family, and have a great social event amongst fellow deer hunters.

It is your event guys/gals, so let’s make it a great one. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for this great social event.
