A few years ago a German national was refused entry into Dubai, because he had 2.7 Kgs of metal embedded in his body, including spheres as horns in his head. To me, a person's intelligence is inversely proportional to the amount of tattoos he has! And by the looks of it, there are an awful lot of people lacking very much intelligence!
