Amazing…where to begin…

1. I strongly believe hunting should be ethical; i.e. animals should be killed as quickly and with the least suffering possible. I know this point is mot, but I'll just leave it at that.

The number of wound's in the animals non-vital area's indicates that the child with the weapon didn't even know where to shoot to put the animal down, or couldn’t maintain the where-with-all to shoot. The ignorance or inexperience of the shooter led to needless suffering of the animal.

2. Children should not be put in harm’s way.

Who the h*ll gave this child a weapon and sent him to within 10 feet of a wounded DGA? And when it became apparent the child was in grave danger--why did this “adult” keep filming rather than drop the camera and get that child out of harm’s way.

3. What is the red cap on the muzzle of the child's gun?

I sometimes think its actually anti-gun proponents that put trash like that on the internet for people to "proof text” how dangerous and inhuman hunting is.

Sorry for the rant--but this sort of thing irks me to no end. And no criticism intended for the poster.

The green young lad obviously wasn't taught much about animal anatomy, (consider the teacher), but he wouldn't be the first one to forget in the heat of the moment, how much over his crosshairs were from the bore at that distance.

you've got to give it to the kid he stood up under pressure quite well how ever he shouldn't have been put in that situation to begin with. It should never have been put on Utube for the bunny huggers to use against us.

I think the red cap is actually there to tell them which end of the gun the bullet comes out of,if you watch it again look at the way they are dressed and the people that are there with them. VERY inexperienced, natural attrition, stupid people kill themselves.
