Well I just booked my first state forest for a hunt. I've booked Servern for three days and targets will be goats and deer.

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Fallow for sure and from what I've heard Rusa may be hanging around as well.

You have to conduct a R License exam (Can't remember the cost) Then apply for the license and pay a yearly fee of $75. Booking a forest is free.

Does this booking give you sole access or just access?

Just access. Depending on the size of the area will depend on the numbers of hunters allowed in. Say an area allows 4 hunters, once 4 people have booked no more will be allowed. Each hunter gets a "Written Permission" letter that you must carry with you and produce on demand (By a ranger etc)
