I meant to post this in the previous one. This is the bottom of Lake Wartook. Normally, there is 30' of water here

On Monday, 2 days ago, I spent the day with my girlfriend. We drove from Melbourne to Wagga Wagga. It was bone dry all the way.

We saw many dead or dying trees along the way, and also what looked like dried up lakes.

The picture below was taken at a rest stop just outside Henty.

Look on the bright side GBB; at least you don't spend half of winter stuck in the house or getting bogged in Wimmera clay...
