If two bullets have identical caliber,shape and velocity will weight make a difference in B.C.

Lets say I have a 30 cal 220 matchking at 2600fps and another same bullet with 50 grains taken out of it and fired at the same 2600fps will the heavier bullet go farther?

Yes. The lighter bullet has a lower SD which means it has a lower BC. Weight(mass) always makes a difference in BC.

BC=SD/drag coefficient

SD=Mass/diameter squared

You could drive the lighter bullet faster though....
