What is the going price on a used Leupold M8-12 scope, with dot reticle and target turret on elevation only??

I have purchased 3 in the last 2 months. I Paid 250 for target dot, no target turrets(local purchase). From E-bay target turrets and mildot recicle 327.00, and from Gunsamerica one just as you described for 250. But, I am seeing them sell for 350 to 400 on ebay as you desceibed.
