Just picked up a Kelby Panda with a Krieger barrel.
It has a .297 neck on it. What size bushing will I need to purchase? Will be using Lapua brass and Wilson dies.

Your chamber's neck is cut to .297?
You need at a minimum .002" space (if you are benchrest picky about how clean your rifle is kept) or .003" space between your cartridge neck and the chamber's neck. So that makes your loaded cartridge neck either .295" or .294". You need to Mic a few of your loaded rounds. If they are more than the above diameter, you will need to neck turn your brass.
To get bushing size subtract .002" or .003" from the above (I suggest you get both bushings). That would be, for the .295"-- .293" and .292": for the .294"-- .292" and .291". If your loaded rounds are less than above then do the math.
The idea is to get bushings that squeeze the brass .002" or .003" more than the loaded round mics, for proper bullet grip. Some rifles like a little less grip. Some like a little more. Only trying will tell.

If you're still wondering, call Kelby's and ask them.
