Imagine wht he could do with some appropriate materials.

It would be fun to watch him with the proper aluminum tubing, angle, and skin material for the wings.

Hey, not unlike one of the first "ultralight I ever saw, give the guy a piece of aluminum irrigation tubing for a fuselage,some spruce wood for a wing spar, some T-88 to glue the wing spar and ribs.

I can see it all come together now.

AND lift off the ground.

800kg airplane?

Weighs about twice an empty Cessna. Only way it will fly is off a cliff.

But props to the guy for getting this far. Very cool project.
