 Can somebody explain to me why I, as a flight instructor, am legally required by TSA to verify the citizenship of all new students or face up to a $10,000 fine -- while the same US gov't is sueing a number of state law enforcemnt agencies to keep them from doing the same?In addition the TSA says that unless I pass TSA training EVERY YEAR , rather than the 2 years required by the FAA, that I can no longer legally instruct.
