No kidding. Considering the turbulence in that river drainage, the more impressive part is not getting your wings ripped off or getting slammed into the river.

This video has been making the rounds on social media for quite some time. The unwashed masses all express awe at the lack of landing roll. As you mentioned the stunt in that approach was not getting B-slapped into the water by mechanical turbulence at his slow airspeed.
