I'm posting up a YouTube of a raid by the Rhodesian Air Force into neighboring Zambia in 1978. This raid was in retaliation for the shooting down of a Rhodesian civil ariliner and was lead by a Rhodesian identified only as "Green Leader." Not that it means anything after thirty years but does anyone know who this was or anything about this guy "Green Leader?"

While I'm not going to provide the name of the individual on the radio to Lusaka tower, I must say that I really appreciate your YouTube post..!!
I was there then, and among my treasures...I still retain a T-shirt that was made-up after that raid.."Green Leader Sky Tours"..."see beautiful downtown Lusaka...".

Winds of Destruction By P. J. H. Petter-Bowyer

According to Petter-Bowyer in the above book Green Leader was Chris Dixon. In the section of the book detailing "Operation Gatling" from which the Green Leader tape came the author names the pilots and crews of many if not all the particpating aircraft.
