Interesting. My son is a CFII & MEI for Univerity of North Dakota. He has been training students from a US Air Force exporer program. The goal is for these kids to solo in 15 hours. Of the 4 students, one has been able to do it. The training, flight hours and living expenses are all paid by the Air Force. I wish such a program existed when I was a kid.
