I was surprised to see that the Air Force lost way more F4's than any other aircraft. Even more than the F105's.

Contrast that to the record of the F15.

Interesting two SR71s are listed as well.

Seems when one is comparing aircraft losses all the variables not total number only should be taken into consideration.
Starting with the CIC, his right dhand doofus
Then operating restrictions,
Then target restrictions,
Then types of missions,
Then opposing forces,
Then opposing forces weaponry (ground and air,
Then total number of sorties,
The types of Sorties,
Plus some I am missing

Then the technological advances in 40 years

doubt the F4, F105, could be compared to WWII fighters or even the F86.

Raw data should be considered for what it is
