That is amazing!

At first I thought the guy was crazy in trying to fly this bird after all the work he put into it with the frame and skin, etc...then you see all that work was to create a mold for future models .

If you have a broadband connection it is worth checking out the whole build. My eyes started glassing over at page 50 or so, but I notice the English footnotes gave way about the same time!
