In particular, a 2/3rds complete "Skyote" metal/fabric biplane?

My father needs to sell his 25+ year project, as he's not going to be able to finish it.

Basic fusalage, wings (4), fuel tanks, tail assembly, engine mount, & partial landing gear are complete.

Plumbing, electrical, final assembly & fabric all need to be done (obviously).

Please advise as to any potential options or contacts we might make.

Thanks!

friar

You can list in Trade a Plane or Craig's list or Aero Trader or any other assortment of on lined classifieds. that's how I'd start off anyway.

Here's the place you need to have this discussion:

One thing I would do before posting an ad is to take plenty of detailed pictures so people can get an extremely good idea as to the workmanship of it all. If you do not do that on a homebuilt everyone looking is going to automatically assume it is like 80% of the other unfinished homebuilt projects out there and have poor workmanship which was the reason it was unfinished and then you have to fight with all of the lowball offers first.

BTW,

That is a cute little airplane, I'm lucky it is not a 2 seater as I have enough projects as it is!
