Not sure exactly what you are looking for here but like most things associated with Governmental regulations, this is a question with a lot of variables and 'weird' answers. For instance, most airports charge a flat fee per landing plus a host of incurred charges, usually based on a formula using weight, number of passenger sests, etc.
For instance, at MIA Intnl, the 'average' charge for a B767-400ER is calculated on an 'average' landing weight of 350,000 pounds and is typically [average] some $672 per landing. To see all the variables and how they enter into the equation, you may wish to visit the website at:

I do not have current info to hand for Dulles Psgr fees but they publish a blurb re cargo landing fees which states:
"When compared to other cargo gateways, Dulles, in many ways offers carriers an advantage on airport operating costs. One example is landing fees.

Landing fees are normally charged on a "per thousand pound basis." Of course the fee itself (Dulles's current fee is $2.13 per 1,000 lbs.*) is significant as this charge varies from airport to airport. However, the basis of the charge is important, too.

Air carriers landing at Dulles pay a landing fee based on the Maximum Landing Weight (MLW) of the aircraft. Some other airports base their landing fee on the Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW). When an example of a B747-400F is used, the MTOW can reach 875,000 lbs vs. a MLW of 652,000 lbs--a difference of 223,000 lbs. This difference can prove to be a significant annual cost saving factor for an airline's bottom line."

If you should need more specific info re SAA I would think they would be able to provide this info, probaly you could find out via an inquiry to their web.
Hope some of this helps.
Best regards,
