I was bowhunting with the outfitter Illinois Connection a few weeks ago and Ted Turners son Beau Turner was in camp. Probably one of the nicest guys I have met in a long time and had some interesting stories as well. Several of his stories were about the Waltons (walmart-which he seemed mighty fond of) and upon learning about my profession as an Ag pilot informed me that one of Sam Waltons sons flew them as well. A little google work verified this info which I found interesting! Also didnt know he was cofounder of SATLOC which is a GPS designed specifically for Ag aviation (The system I use). Beau Turner lives near Tallahassee and I see him several times a year on flights to Atlanta. He truly is one of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet. And he is deeply involved in promoting youth hunting and outdoor activites at his Youth Conservation Center in North Florida.
