Scott Speicher was the first US pilot shot down in Iraq 18 years ago. His body was never found and it was long feared he had been captured and later died or was killed by Saddam's regime. Locals led officials to a suspected crash site in the desert where remians were recovered and identified as Captain Speicher. RIP, Capt Speicher.
