Subject: One way to avoid liability

Litigation in aviation has always been a problem. It actually shut the industry down for several years until legislation was introduced to reduce liability after years of use.
There is something wrong with our system when the lawyers cause this to happen! So to avoid potential litigation in the future this pilot elected to eliminate the risk.
