Strange blades

Anybody know what the idea is behind these blades?

Looks like normal blades with a slow frame rate on the camera.

Yup...visual skew changes 180 degress with apposing view. Probably a camera phone or something very slow.

Rotor tips are moving faster than mid sections.

It took me a minute to figure out why it looked weird.
There are either 1/2 or 2/5s of the proper number of rotor blades to be a normal helicopter.

Huey's are like the joke the Italian guy told me about a flat tire.
We were headed to a Mexican food place called Lapalapa's. I said that name sounds like a flat tire sounds.
He said "Do you know how a flat tire sounds?"
I said "No"

He says "Dago Wop Wop Wop".

The Italian guy was my boss and I had to laugh.
