There may be some speculation on some folks part, but I suspect the PTB's will find the evidence to support the poaching estimation.

The whole thing about this topic area and the information that will be posted, is that too many folks simply can not comprehend some of the stuff people will try to get away with, especially when it comes to trophy animals, that have racks that can/will sell for thousands of dollars.

The days of the old road hunter killing a doe for meat are gone. Todays poachers are after actual trophy animals whose antlers can be sold or traded for drugs.
