"Operation Cody", the book title, was also the code name of the sting operation conducted by the Washington Dept. of Fish and Wildlife, particularly two officers who presented undercover as husband and wife. It's a fascinating tale of risk, danger and intrigue. It also includes some not-so-pretty descriptions of the inner politics of WDFL. Written by wildlife detective (ret) Todd A. Vandivert. I found it informative and entertaining. Some of the culprits are just plain stupid, some downright dangerous.
