This is a 1944 Walther (AC manufacturer code) G43 semi-automatic rifle chambered in 8mm Mauser.

All original GI bring-back from Bastogne with the following exceptions: missing front sight hood (will include a reproduction if requested), no sling (will include a reproduction if requested), and someone unwisely drilled two small holes in the stock for sling swivels at some point, long before I was on the planet. Priced accordingly, see below.

Magazine capacity is 10 rounds, so no restrictions there, but I cannot ship to any of the 10 states* which have enacted a ban on semi-automatic "assault rifles".

$2,200 shipped, fully insured, in an MTM hard case. This is $800+ below what G43s regularly sell for on GB due to the missing components and holes in the stock. This would make a great shooter for someone who doesn't have one in their collection.

This is the less common variant that has the markings stamped into a milled recess on the receiver. Most do not have this feature.
