Winslow Arms Custom Sporting Rifle in .243 Winchester

Winslow Arms was known for High-grade semi-custom sporting rifles.
Based on a Winchester 70 action with a 24-inch tapered barrel. Scope: Redfeild 2X-7X 4-PLEX

Guys I'm going to pull this for now. With some research I see the price I put up was higher than other prices I'm seeing listed. I'll put it up again when I know more about it. I got it in a trade and don't know much about them.

What grade is this Winslow ?
