I am reducing the number of rifles I have and I am offering the following rifle for sale. Empire Rifles East Africa Model in .416 Rigby. This is one of the rifles built on a Granite Mountain Magnum Mauser action. The gun in excellent condition. I have never even fired it. It has the high grade stock with quarter rib and 30mm detachable rings. I do want to keep the scope that is mounted on the rifle. $7,500.00. I can email photographs if anyone is interested.

I didn’t go for the Rigby but bought a 404 Jeffery instead. I am down sizing to just a
few rifles. I am getting older and the rifles with magnum length actions just seem to long and heavy now.

I am pulling this rifle from the site because I have not had any serious offers for the rifle. This was a $14,000.00 rifle that was offered for $7,500.00 that no one bought. If the market changes I might re-consider selling it.

The rifle sold this morning to a friend of one of our members who had been communicating with me about the rifle. I truly appreciate the consideration those who did express an interest in this rifle gave me.
