Like Bill says most have never reviewed federal law and turn policy into home made law...Review of USC is a good practice over looked by many and even on AR...Its very allowable as a matter of fact and contrary to a lot of BS..We the people screw the facts up such as UPS, ffl holderl and absent minded liberals..Our gov is not perfect but still the only country I feel safe in, but thats another issue.
