| Every time I get an itch to get a new Highland stalker, something like this pops up. What a nice rifle. But, I always worry both how will an old rifle shoot and if I need to undo all that history and fit a scope.

I wouldn't worry about how well they would shoot. I have 3 old Rigbys so far and they're all good shooters. One had a Griffin and Howe side mount added at some point in its life, and it is not very distracting at all.

| Is the barrel marked Rigby? Might help the sale a bit if you could include a picture of it, if present. CB
