I may be chasing unicorns here but I really would like to replace the one I sold on here several years ago. I also would be interested in one of Ed's dangerous game rifles in a 375 H&H or other Damara's. Any leads or offers would be greatly appreciated.

I would also consider a Savannah model if that were available.

Gary, you probably already know this, but Brown's 702 action is a push feed, the 704 is the CRF action, and generally more desirable and costly.

Yes, the ones I had were the 704's at least the Damaras were I believe. I also had a Savannah, early on, do you think that one would have been a 702?

Not sure, but I believe the 704 action was a later development.

Eventually both the Damara and the Savanah came out with 704 actions. I'm not sure of the date however. My Damara was a 704.

I'm still very interested in finding an Ed Brown 704 action rifle in the Damara or the Savannah 300 Win Mag.
