Up for sale is a German 12 bore shotgun, no maker identified. Sometimes erroneously called “guild guns,” these high quality shotguns were typically assembled with parts from several gunsmiths. This particular gun is somewhat unique in that a previous owner had Briley tubes in 20 and 28 gauge fitted to the barrels. I recently sent the tubes and barrels back to Briley, where they changed out the original Revolution chambers (which were problematic and discontinued) with their standard chambers. Gun is nitro-proofed, but if someone wants to use it as a 12 gauge, an experienced gunsmith should examine it for use with modern loads. Personally, I’d only use it with the subgauge tubes. Gun features double triggers, extensive engraving, clipped fences, cocking indicators, horn trigger guard, Briley tubes/tools and assorted flush chokes, heavy-duty case. PM me a cell phone # or email address for photos. C&R eligible. $ Reduced to $2500 and I'll cover shipping.
