For you young guys, we used to make letters on a primitive keyboard machine called a Typewriter. It was totally mechanical and it made marks on paper, using an inked tape. Many of them were made by a company called Smith Corona. And during WW2, this same company made Rifles. This is one of them; a 1903A3 Springfield. This one has gone though total rebuild and refinish at RA (Raritan Arsenal), so marked, and is in Excellent Plus condition, Has a 4 groove Remington barrel, and a Chrysler Corporation bolt. Good for a collection, or butcher it for parts and build a sporter. $850. Also, a 1927 Czech VZ24, made for the Czech Army; this one is excellent, and is/was packed in cosmolene. Has the CZ receiver markings; not the lion with two tails. $499, you pay shipping unless you buy both of these.
