I purchased this rifle for a Bongo hunt and it preformed perfectly, however I do not see that I will be needing it in the future so I have it up for sale.
The rifle is a Sako "Black Bear" model with synthetic stock and 21" barrel. I bought it last year from a dealer and it was new in the box. I mounted a GPO scope with 30mm Leopold rings (included). The rifle held up great in the jungle conditions and is still in perfect shape. As you all know these rifles are very hard to come by especially in the this caliber. I would love to see someone buy it who is headed to Africa for Bongo. The sights on the rifle are easy to see especially in the jungle conditions. I am keeping the GPO scope but if interested I have a Zeiss 1.5X6 VM/V or a Leopold "European Model" 1.25-4 I can sell to complete the package.
