I was planning on taking this rifle with me for one last African hunt in 2025, but plans have changed. Rifle is in excellent shape with only a few slight handling marks on the stock. Shoots and balances extremely well. My handloads with either Barnes 400 TSX, or Swift A-frames group easliy group under 1 inch. The highly effective muzzle brake makes shooting and practice pleasant, and follow up shots can be made much quicker. I have a variety of reloading rounds, brass, and some factory ammo I will be posting also.

I have tried for hours to get pictures posted, without success. I would be happy to email pics, and please call or PM if you would like to discuss the rifle.
Thanks,
Jim Whitfield

You're welcome. IMGUR changed the picture setup so they aren't as good as they should be. I'll have to figure out what happened.

Man this is a great deal for a semi-custom "do everything" rifle that you can hunt with from Alaska to the plains of Africa. If I didn't have four .375s already I'd be all over this at that price!

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!
- Rudyard Kipling

Life grows grim without senseless indulgence.

Thank you for your kind comments. Something I really appreciate about this rifle is just how nice it handles. For me it just balances perfect, and if one has to make a shot on running game after an initial shot, the overall balance really makes it easy to keep the rifle tracking on the animal.

I am adding some reloading components to be included with the rifle:
-50 pieces of new, unfired Norma brass, in an unopenned bag.
-Sampling of bullets to try:
19 Swift A-frame 300 grain
18 Barnes TSX 300 grain
13 Barnes TSX 270 grain
I will ship the bullets in a separate container from the rifle, at no additional cost.

Hi Jim,
Just a couple of questions:
What brand of stock is that, McMillan?
Can the Muzzle brake be removed? Thread protector if so?
Is the safety the three position Win 70 style?
Could you forward the photos to me I can't see much detail. (ghay@hopechurch.net)
Would you sell it without the scope?
Thank you,
Gary
